Our latest response to Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Update: Following the latest announcement from the Welsh Government to lift travel restrictions into and out of Wales from Monday 12th April, we can now accept bookings and welcome guests from across the UK and the Common Travel Area (CTA). This includes overnight stays for guests with members of your household or support bubble only.

Keeping our properties sparkling clean has always been a priority when hosting our guests, but we want to assure you that we have taken extra precautions throughout the pandemic. We are continuing to closely monitor the current situation and review our actions in line with the latest government advice.

We are following Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning process and taking additional safety and sanitisation measures to safeguard your wellbeing.

Properties thoroughly cleaned

All properties are double checked against an extensive checklist to make sure they are as clean as possible before every arrival.

Surfaces sanitised

Extra care is taken by our cleaners to ensure all frequently touched surfaces have been fully cleaned and disinfected.

Personal protective equipment (PPE)

All of our staff use appropriate PPE, such as face coverings, disposable gloves and hand sanitiser, if entering our properties.

Guest safety

Cleaning supplies are stocked up and hand sanitiser is available for guests to use for a clean and safe stay.

Please visit the Welsh Government website for the latest guidance on Coronavirus in Wales.
