The space
Beechwood House is a newly refurbished 3 bed semi-detached holiday home with a large private driveway big enough for 3 vehicles.
The spacious fully functioning kitchen and diner opens out onto decking and a tranquil garden. The dining area provides a laptop-friendly space comfortable to work in.
The lounge area which can sit up to 6 guests is beautifully furnished and includes a smart flat-screen TV with complimentary Netflix to relax in the evening.
The 2 large double bedrooms have super king size beds which can also be split into singles on request. There is also a cosy single bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge area which can also be made on request.
The neighbourhood
Beechwood House is located in a peaceful suburb of Newport in South Wales.
There is a Tesco Express just a 1 minute drive away, with other local convenience stores, restaurants and takeaways within a 10 minute walk. There is also Newport Retail and Leisure Park with a range of shops, restaurants, supermarket, gym and cinema only 5 minutes drive away.
The house is conveniently situated just 2 minutes from junction 24 of the M4 motorway and is on a main bus route to the city centre with a bus stop just 30 seconds walk away.
The Celtic Manor and the ICC is a short 2 minute drive or 25 minute walk away.
